Birthday Party at the Museum

Celebrate your birthday with us!

 

Children’s Museum Verona offers the Birthday at the Museum service from Tuesday to Friday. A unique opportunity to celebrate an important day in a special setting, our Party Room.

But the birthday at the Children’s Museum Verona does not end here: discover, in fact, how to enrich the party with additional engaging activities, to make your guests spend an unforgettable day of curiosity and fun!

How does it work?

You can choose from three different packages, as shown below:

  • Basic Formula: basic Party Room rental;
  • Standard Formila: Party Room rental and Museum visit;
  • Plus Formula: Party Room rental, Museum visit and Extra activities.

Basic Formula

Basic Formula offers the rental of the Party Room, the assistance of an operator and the reception at the Museum ticket office.

In addition, all participants will be offered a 20% discount (valid for 12 months from the day after the birthday) for the purchase of educational games at our bookshop. The discount is not valid for the purchase of books.

4:30-7:30 p.m.: stay in Party Room.

For organizational reasons, it is not possible to change the time scanning of activities.

No visit to the Museum and no entertainment in the hall.

Maximum number of participants: 50 people (adults and children).

It will be possible to set up the Party Room 15 minutes before. The room must be vacated by 19:30 in the same conditions of delivery.

Standard Formula

Standard Formula offers the rental of the Party Room, the visit to the Museum, the assistance of an operator and the reception at the Museum ticket office.

You can choose only one activity from the proposed workshops or science shows.

Extra Activities for 3-5 years

  • Music, Master!
    Can you hear this melody? These are the instruments we are going to build together in the workshop space of the Children’s Museum Verona. Between experimentation and construction, we will have fun playing together in a crazy orchestra.
  • Colored monsters
    Are you ready to enter the mad scientist’s laboratory and create little slimy monsters? With a special fluid, made just by children, we will be able to create many small monsters to take home!

  • Little Theater

  • The puppet theater
    An evocative show, where children and adults will have fun among puppets and other special guests on stage. Sssh! Quiet in the hall, the surprises are about to begin!

Extra Activities for 6-12 years

  • Workshops

  • Robot scribbler
    Armed with mopeds, propellers and batteries, we’re going to design and build a very special robot: a little being who can scribble anywhere!
  • Light painting
    At Children’s Museum Verona you can discover special techniques to create a greeting card that will leave everyone breathless! A workshop between art and science to explore the most fascinating scientific phenomena and investigate the electromagnetic spectrum. Through dynamic and fun experiments and activities, boys and girls will have the opportunity to create an original greeting card.
  • Mistery at the Museum: on the trail of Sherlock
    A theft has occurred inside the Museum’s birthday room! Decorations, balloons and all the materials for birthday parties have been stolen by a skilled and still unknown thief. The help of many little detectives is needed to investigate and discover the culprit. A series of investigations will test the observation and research skills of the young detective helpers, to solve the mystery and then we can all celebrate together!

Activities are subject to full acceptance of the Regulations, which must be printed, signed and sent to eventi@cmverona.it.

DEPOSIT

To book the birthday is necessary to proceed with the payment of a deposit of 100 euros upon confirmation of booking by the secretariat, which will contact you by email.
It is also required to send a copy of the transfer made by email to eventi@cmverona.it.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, please notify the secretariat via email (eventi@cmverona.it) or phone within 48 hours before the event booked.
The amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

DAMAGES

The client will be responsible for any damage to persons or property inside the Children’s Museum Verona.
